   Şahan Electrostatic Powder Coating facilities which was established in 1986, served in Torbalı-Izmir between 1994-2008, and in the meantime established its second plant in Manisa Organized Industrial Zone. 

   So far, we we have reached an important supply ability with 4 powder painting lines on a 15.000 m2 closed and 24.000 m2 total area.  The overall capacity is 600 m2 per hour. Şahan’s 4 automatic painting lines are based on spray pretreatment applications with tunnel type drying and curing ovens.  The painting is mainly applied with automatic guns, and also manuel applications whereas needed. Our chemical pretreatment processes on the other hand are based on zinc phosphate coating, whereas having the ability and flexibility of iron phosphate as alternative option. 

      Our quality at the source approach which was certified  with ISO 9001 Quality System Certificate in 2007; covers quality control and inspection of the parts at all process steps, ensuring a high quality surface for the customer. 

   Since electrostatic powder coating  applications are widely used  at industries such as;  white goods, automotive, electronic appliances, heating, cooling, cast parts and also other metal appliances, we have been serving to the main companies in our region with a satisfying surface quality.
